Raj kundra's Jail Time Is Extended !

With each passing day, Raj Kundra’s time is getting hard and the recent reports are suggesting something worse for him. As per the current reports, Raj Kundra’s jail time got extended recently, after the Bombay High Court rejected his bail plea. Shilpa Shetty’s husband, businessman Raj Kundra got arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch on 19th of July for distributing obscene videos. Since then, the businessman has been under police custody and is getting questioned by the crime branch rigorously. He and his associate, Ryan Thorpe has applied for bail which got rejected by the magistrate court and it remanded them for 14 days judicial custody. But Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe have challenged their arrest on Bombay High Court and have demanded immediate release. Their plea got heard recently at the Bombay High Court, and the court has dismissed their challenge. With dismissing their challenge, the Bombay High Court has also increased Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe’s jail term. While the magistrate court extended their custody for 14 days, Bombay High Court has extended it till 20th August. Reports are suggesting that the Mumbai police has strongly opposed Raj Kundra’s bail. If the reports are to be believed then the Mumbai Crime branch is suspicious that Raj Kundra will escape to avoid charges. They are suspecting that he might even destroy evidences of this case if he gets released from judicial custody. And Amidst all these, Shilpa Shetty and her mother got booked for a fraud case. Two FIR’s have been filed against the mother daughter duo in Lucknow. Two teams of Lucknow police will soon question the Bollywood actress her mother regarding their fraud case. It seems like the problems are getting worse with each passing day, for the Shetty and Kundra family.
