This surrealist short film highlights the pleasures of the blue collar man in spite of the derision he gains from the white collar man. His hard work, vigorous labor, blood, sweat, and tears lead to his passion in life, his cat. The white collar man mocks him for this, demanding he does something #moreproductive with his fleeting time and to #getonthatgrindsetpussy but the blue collar man doesn't care. His cat is his life, his passion, the reason for him to work so long and hard. The white collar man doesn't understand how he works himself to the bone not for money, but for the satisfaction of just sitting down with his cat and relaxing after a hard day's work. The end of this short film cuts off abruptly, enveloping the screen in pitch blackness. A symbol for death, something that comes for all regardless of wealth, status, or physical possessions. At the end of the blue collar man's life, I'm willing to bet he'll be happy that he gave his cat the best life he could have given them, while the white collar man will still have that grinding feel of dissatisfaction. Because that greed, that unending urge to get more, more, and even more without any sense of limitations destroys men in all forms. Especially those who are not prepared to see it all crumble at the very end, to see the void of wealth they created for themselves. They may hold more wealth than an impoverished nation, but they cannot feel happiness in any form. Ultimately, money isn't happiness, so all the billionaires out there should give their money to me, personally.
