I bought a BSVI Honda Dio on 2020 May thinking that it is better than Yamaha, Suzuki and TVS.When it reached 3000 Km I began to listen sound from the gear box and Dio started to over-vibrate. I took it to the showroom.They checked and changed the shaft. But after running just 100 kms the problem again happened. Likewise they changed the shaft 3 times. Again the problem remained. I took again to the showroom and they said to take it to Ernakulam head office, service centre. I took the Dio to Ernakulam head office and left there for two weeks. But after service when I took for test drive the problem remained same.I complained to the service manager and he denied. On the way from Ernakulam I listened to big noise from engine and took to it to the showroom where I purchased it. They changed the entire gear box. But on riding at 40-50 km speed the same problem remained. Again I took to the showroom and they refused to check.Now mileage is decreased and sound still remains. I cant take this Dio to showroom every month. Please find a correct solutions to this problem. Or else I have to register a complaint against the company.

I am waiting for hornet 2.O in Nepal. I Believe in honda so I am eagerly waiting. But some of videos in YouTube regarding hornet 2.O created illusion. Youtuber claim that honda is not addressing the problems please address it if machine have problem or if it doesn't have problem clarify it from your end.

I Anshuman Shukla went to my nearest DS Honda service station on 27/03/21 for scooty number BR22Y 9179 for service, where once again my scooty service was not doing well!  As you know, I reported against my nearest service station at the time of my scooty service in January.  In return, I have been abused again at your service station to avenge me.the owner of the service station, has done so himself.  In which, what is my position in front of everyone, they hire a customer like me and they will break my arms and legs and all this has been said. One does not do good service and the customer asks question than like this behaviour .

I need solution, you guys can't play with customer mental health. It's 3 am I can't sleep. You guys are torturing me. I can't sleep, can't focus on my job. You guys have made my life miserable. You don't deserve customer hard earned money. my cbr 650r is standing from 7 mnts in Gurgaon. Am only getting fake promise. 3 deadline has passed. From past 7 months am literally begging for my own. I never get any update, I have to call again and again. Customer service is pathetic, they only send automated reply. Escalate this😭😭
