i had that same problem passing on shoes a few years ago i regret some of the shoes i missed out on these are prbly my favorite pair so i had to finally get these.  i remember when the Bordeaux 7's came out and they were on the shelves for weeks and me thinking i was saving money got those cheap ass black white and grey 7 look alikes. the  Bordeaux 7s run for a good 500 now

I remember the 2011 (or 2012) Black Friday release was the Bred 4. I camped out and grabbed 2 pairs, but I went there late December and they were still sitting there, marked down to $149. I also grabbed 2 pairs of these.

The varsity red & infrared pack did both drop in 2010... I got the varsity reds on NDC for like $80 & got the infrared pack out of finish line for $200 flat, 2 mos. after they released! My pack is still DS so I passed on 2014s but those were still the good ole days smh... Oh my how have times changed

I thought they did justice to this model and the infrared is almost exact to the original release back in 91.

I'll check when I get home but I believe the white 6s used regular infrared and not infrared23 like these black ones. They might very well be the same shade but the names are different.

My friend got a pair and I really like the feel of the suede.  I do dislike the 3M on the perforations of the shoe though.  It just seems weird.
