BlueYakk playing (yet mostly drinking...)
QB-3, a prototype, twin-stick, vector based shooter, released 1982 by Rock-Ola. It was never officially released, only advanced prototypes were available.
Played on my homemade Monkey Island themed arcade cabinet, the MonkeyCadeCab™ :)

This game really deserves a Vectrex version! Starting out this round of the Kerfuffle, I thought it was too difficult. Perhaps because of the twin-stick controllers. But it really grew on me and it's now added to my list of favourites.
I'm not skilled enough really to give out pointers, but the thing that improved my game the most, was when I realised that the enemies on the sides you don't see (left and bottom) freeze in position. If you manage to exit a side, with the enemies bundled up in your favour, re-entry is so much easier going left or down. It helped me anyway!
7:27 Highlight! One of my kids is calling for his mommy and I, as an experienced father (who knows perfectly well where she is) say... Nothing! Hey, I was playing... =)
