IG - You Have To Train With Intensity

This needs to be addressed because its is hurting your gains. I understand wanting to do movements your favorite influencer does.. but there is a line between trying to execute a movement perfectly, and training with zero intensity at all. It's not even a fine line - there's room in there to have good execution and also train hard. But the truth is, the 150lb person in the gym that is training like my first clip, is not going to build muscle like the guy who has no clue what's he's doing, but he trains hard as nails. Find a good mix of both.

Sometimes, your way isn’t always the right way. Learned that from weight loss.

People often argue my advice that cardio before a work out is the wrong way to go to build muscle. While yeah, they are correct, they already strayed away from the goal.

The way I always saw slow movement work outs was one of two things, getting the last couple reps in even if it gas to be slow on very light weight or simply, practice their form.
