Beta 2 Waves(Mid Beta) - 18Hz Binaural Beats(with carrier tone at 400Hz, L:400Hz/R:418Hz): May help to enhance attention and task performance, may help to block distraction. Requires headphones/earphones to listen to.

Binaural Beats require headphones/earphones to listen to, but they sound smoother and require less volume than Monaural Beats, making them blend better with white noises and musics. If you are listening from a speaker or a single-sided headphone/earphone, please use the Monaural Beats version of this video:

As an elaboration, this channel covers all the major frequencies of brain wave vocals ‘sugarcoated’ in white noises, and is planned to cover more flavors of ‘sugarcoatings’ made of soothing light musics. These videos were originally also created for my dad (and people like my dad), as they may help him with calming, concentration, sleeping, etc. My dad is not yet into the stage that he can’t recognize me and he can still talk in logics. But his short-term memory is already impaired to the extent that he would even go back to brush his teeth in just a few seconds after he has already re-brushed for a couple of times, his concentration is nowhere better than people with advanced level of ADHD, he also has severe mood swings and is tortured by the worst sleeping disorders I’ve ever witnessed. I think people with family members tortured by dementia can easily relate to what I’m describing. I used to think dementia is just about losing the memory of one’s closest family members and friends, but that is clearly not what dementia is all about. Dementia is almost an indiscriminate bombing on one’s mental and psychological health, and the attack begins long before one starts to show any sign of long-term memory loss. Based on my dad’s case, it even makes me wonder whether some of these attacks are more painful than losing long-term memories, or are perhaps at least equally painful.

As a trained designer and an academic researcher myself, I created these videos based on the best academic references I can find, and try to carry out everything out of the best artistic and acoustic quality I can possibly achieve, as perhaps the last bit of meaningful effort I can do for my dad, and people like my dad. I find YouTube a perfect platform to share these videos, and I hope this channel can help these videos reach a wider audience. If these videos can (hopefully) help with my dad and people like my dad for concentration support, mood support, calming, sleeping, etc., I don’t see why they can’t help with a wider audience, inclusive of age and purposes:)

In a word, this channel is an all-in-one collection of high quality hertz vocals and high quality hertz vocals in ‘sugarcoatings’(or ‘honeycoatings’, to be precise), and I hope this approach can help with anyone wanting to prolong the time that one can swallow the (tedious) hertz vocals with ease, hopefully also with comfort and joy:). Originally created for my dad (and people like my dad) as perhaps the last bit of meaningful effort I can do for him, I hope these videos will not only benefit people like my dad, but can also find a wider audience and help with anyone, inclusive of age and purposes, who needs, or may potentially benefit from brain entrainments and white noises, either for dementia support, concentration support, mood support, calming, sleeping, etc., or who is simply searching for free high quality white noises and white noises with (potential) additional benefits:-)

If you like this channel, and think you or someone can potentially benefit from this channel, please subscribe and share. By sharing this channel, I hope it will not only help with anyone who can potentially benefit from these videos, but also help to raise awareness of early-onset dementia in the general public, and hopefully, can actually help to reduce delayed diagnoses like my dad unfortunately had.

All the hertz vocals used in this playlist are chosen based on the principle that either they are the most commonly used (or suggested) combinations of frequency and carrier tone found in academic trails for a certain sub-range of brain wave frequencies, or there are at least two peer-reviewed academic publications suggesting a certain frequency may work on humans for a specific health-related purpose. You may comment below to suggest adding frequencies that this channel doesn’t currently cover, but the bottom line is that there must be at least two peer-reviewed academic publications suggesting it may work on humans for a specific health-related purpose, because I want this channel to be guided by science, and by science only:) However, please note, despite promising scientific evidences, the whole brain entrainment thing is only in the 'academic trail' period, which means they are not treatments or cures yet, they are perhaps merely 'Hertz(es) of Hopes’. Therefore, under no conditions should you use any materials in this channel as treatment or even consider as a guaranteed ‘hope’, instead you should always consult a trusted doctor for any treatment advice. I’m not an expert in neuroscience, I’m just a researcher in a complete different field, all my knowledges in creating this channel are based on the latest (and the best) academic publications I can access. As far as I’m concerned, no neuroscientist can so far guarantee any therapeutic effectiveness of brain entrainments, they are not promised hopes yet, but it’s safe to say that they are (very) promising hopes:-)

Any way, I think we always need hopes in this world, even if they are not guaranteed hopes yet. Hope this channel is not created in vain:)

If anyone wants to use any of the videos(or similar ones) on this channel for any academic purposes, just drop me an email.
