Excellent! Your videos are helping me heal a long-standing ligament laxity issue that accompanied a torn meniscus (medial). Thanks to the fact that I am regularly doing many exercises you demonstrate in these videos (such as pushups with feet turned outward to the left and right) and others, this exercise does not cause cramping for me. Best of all, the long-standing lax ligament is regaining its elasticity strength. Thank you so very, very much!

Is it normal to experience outside hip cramping on the straight leg abduction raises? They are pretty intense!

I automatically got a cramp as I brought my leg and foot down after lifting my hip looking like a dog peeing on the fire hydrant.

I have no medical expertise, could someone explain how this relieves tightness in the adductor? Intuitively it seems like it would do the opposite.

I have been having some waking up problem when I fall asleep normally but then wake up in 4-5 hours and my hamstrings feel very tight. I started trying to lie down on the bed with my shins bent under my hamstrings and thusy ankles are either near or under my glutes. I feel some relief and can fall asleep after that. But that position is also quite painful. Coach, Could you please recommend something that might help prime a new brain-muscle connection so that the hamstrings don't get tight during the sleep. Needless to say that I feel even worse when I work out. Can't really sleep more than 4-5 hours in the following 2 nights. I would really really appreciate that since this problem has been torturing me for years.

I have two knots that are right above the groin right where the thigh meets the lower abdomen. It seems the knots are in the abductor. Does that sound right? No pain at all. Just two knots. I am trying this.

I am suffering severe intermittent stabbing pain in my left front hip, I'm guessing hip impingement, I have been stretching my inner abductor as I think they are too tight but really I don't know. Will these exercises help with my hip pain. Thanks.
