Weight benches are good for more than just chest presses and seated biceps curls. If you want to add some spice to your typical ab workout, try performing these exercises on a bench.

Working out on an elevated surface also opens you up to a broader range of motion. If your bench is adjustable, you can increase the intensity of some exercises by setting the bench at an angle. For example, declined bench abdominal crunches are an excellent exercise,

I do a lot of push ups and don't feel too much happening with my core but I could really feel it after doing these exercises and actually felt tired afterwards! Thanks for the useful vid!

Where I'm from I can't access the gym or even the playground, where there are hanging bars for pull ups and abs workouts, due to corona restrictions. I'm going to give your bench abs workout a try.
