The lack of rationality from our collective leaders in the West, protected by media that no longer functions as journalism, is a frightening thing. If a single British missile landed deep in Russia that's a declaration of war and a war with Russia even on the lowest level of intensity, even if it's a covert war, would be positively fatal to British political, military, economic and intelligence assets around the world. Putin could do massive damage to the UK without the specter of a military confrontation. Somebody needs to tell Britain they aren't a far-flung empire and world colossus anymore, they are Italy.
