6:35 That small red button, the car shutting off, and the noise make me belive that button is for the flame kit. A lot of modern day flame kits just shut off the power to the engines coilpacks, and route it to the coil for the spark plug in the exhaust. If you want, try revving the car, and holding WOT, and pressing the button. If everything works, the injectors should still pulse fuel into the cylinders, the spark plug in the engine wont do anything, and the raw fuel+air will get ignited as it exits the exhaust.

You'll need to double check the serial number, but that might be a Automobile Snow White color PS2 SCPH-30000, which are like a grand. There were a limited number of PS2 consoles painted with automotive paint and that looks like it may be one of them
