I believe the origin of this song was that it was a joke entry for a contest to get people's songs into the game but this was actually accepted and the composer regrets it. Something like that.

This is so weird and the "NPC AI went nuts" style of Miku's movements don't make it any less weirder, but whoa, the lyrics are far fuller of mood than I expected (like "For how long will the schedule be full?" and "I don't know what I want to do" - two of my constant moods) XD
