I find these types of detailed breakdowns fascinating. Dexter's skipping of the 6th during the II bar, saving it to lead the phrase in the V bar is enlightening. Paul, You do a great job of dissection!

Hi very interesting video.

About the Lester version, it is not obvious that at the "D" bar, the note on the third beat is a E (for tenor sax), may be a F natural, for a bluesy approach of the third of the chord. Because of the swing phrasing, this note in the bottom of the instrument is very difficult to hear precisely.
