I also test fired the CZ75 from the last video and the video of that will be coming out very soon! Stay tuned for that. I will also post a video of me shooting this gun very soon!

About time somebody is using gun oil to punch out the Barrel. I have seen many gun restoration projects and none of them are punching the bore. You make this Marine happy!

Bin durch Zufall Mal auf dem Kanal von dir gelandet. Seitdem schaue ich gern die Videos. Fantastisch wie du das immer machst und was man mit viel Geduld und Mühe erreichen kann. Respekt!!

Tape was on the mag to keep it in the gun. It was a common problem with the bodyguard. You may have fixed the issue when restoring the gun itself.

I have a S&W Bodyguard 380 sitting in my pocket right now. It's 7 years old but looks brand new because I take care of it be cleaning and oiling the parts on a regular basis. It's a great little pocket gun. I can't even imagine letting it get in that condition.

Yeah, I had a Bodyguard. The only bad Smith & Wesson firearm I've owned. Kept getting light strikes, I even put an aftermarket trigger and hammer in. That helped but still had them, I couldn't rely on it as a primary carry weapon because of that. Great job on the restore!

How do you explain the presence of rust on a polymer frame gun that also had its stainless steel slide and barrel coated in Armornite (not metal bluing) to prevent rust while at the same time the smaller uncoated steel components are rust free? Despite the heavy “corrosion” you can still see the black coating on the slide and barrel, indicating that the rust-protective coating is still intact, and only comes off once scrubbed with the wire brush. Also how about the clean components dipped in Evapo-rust, as evidenced by the clean liquid that pours out? Rusted components dipped in Evapo-rust leave the liquid looking black and brown, not Mountain Dew green.

I call BS here.

My ex girlfriend had one of these swbg380. Great little pistol. I didn't like the double action trigger and the short grip. Mag extension made things a lot better. Fun to shoot but I wouldn't carry it everyday. Nice video. Great work.

Dude, respect for the job, here is a tip - always use penetrating oil /lube of any kind when disassembling something rusty like that, if you do it dry you can brake something and it's much easier, and one more - get a tweezers )))

Nice restore. Taught my wife to shoot with the same. Baby 380. The mag lock failed often. That's why the tape.

This is a great little pistol, I own one but I've never had it torn down this far. I learned a lot, maybe even enough to totally overhaul mine, thanks!

These videos relax me. I appreciate the flow and editing very much. I notice quite a few are water “survivors”. I really didn’t think they would be able to be restored in any fashion when you bring them out. Good job and thank you. I really do enjoy your work very much.
