Man, if this were possible in Sims 1, there would have been a random chance you'd injure your child doing it and you'd only have 60 in-game minutes to give the child a cure before the CPS arrived

If they are small and you give them rice to eat, that's the way. Dry/wet Handheld vakuum it's the easiest way.

J’ai jamais vu quelqu’un faire ça à son enfant dans la vraie vie 😂😂 Mais depuis qu’ils ont supprimé les voitures, les bus scolaires j’ai compris que les sims 4 en avait juste rien a faire du vrai et du faux.
