So If you didn't vote for Trump you're not a conspirator and if you did vote for Trump you helped him get out of his crimes is that the way it's supposed to be.

Well, what else did we expect. Delay, Delay, gone. How much of the taxpayers pay for the clown show of courts. He was found guilty in this Judges courtroom.

Will Donald Trump still take an oath to 'protect and preserve' the Constitution even though he is on record stating that we should terminate the Constitution?

We should all get up and give Merrick "No One is Above the Law" Garland a standing ovation for moving so quickly to hold Donald Trump accountable for his multiple felonies. No doubt though, keeping the "reputation" of the DOJ clean is even more important. One has to wonder what a decent American citizen is supposed to think about the DOJ and the rule of law itself at this moment in time, as they both die a quick death over the next seventy or so days. Great job guys, REALLY good work. You must all be SO proud. Once again the elites and really "smart" ones running the ship of state have utterly and completely let the American people down. So sad and totally preventable.

No sir I do not agree, start with the Attorney General and everyone who had a chance to test Trump as citizen treated him like a king!
That where our trouble started!!!

The takeaway is that elections matter, and more Americans don't care about the rule of law than those who do. FFS, the guy had classified documents in his house, and no one cared!

I blame Merrick Garland. His fear, deference and slow walking is at fault.
