It's one day before Election Day and rent gouging and home affordability are some of the key issues bringing people to the polls. Plus, Vice Presidential candidates J.D. Vance and Tim Walz make a stop in Vegas over the weekend for a last-effort push to get people to vote. And, the convicted murderer of Las Vegas Review-Journal reporter Jeff German has been moved to another prison.

Last week a drug shoot out right near my 1bd 1600, gated, with security apartment complex. The other day the cops running around my apartment area looking for suspects that just had a gun fight block away. Crime is up, Rent keeps going up, Food is high, Car insurance is high. Living in Las Vegas is not easy these days. Also, Can the raiders hiring me as a football player, shoot they can't even win with professional players. I can use that free money seeing how they are not winning either way.

Not too long ago there was a report on rent is coming down on prices due to new rentals coming in the market, but now there’s rent gouging? Easy, move out then get in to one of those new lower rent prices.
