Very nice design for a one bedroom home……..love the laundry hamper next to the washer and dryer, lots of cupboards. The living room and kitchen are beautifully designed.

Jasper Tran, ein Tiny House mit schöner rustikaler Sitzecke ganz nach bayerischer Art statt einem Tisch in Küche und Wohnzimmer würde ich sehr begrüßen. Das spart bzw. ermöglicht Platz für andere Ideen. Eine große geräumige Wohnküche mit Flachbildfernseher an der Wand, da brauche ich persönlich kein Wohnzimmer mehr.

Love the openness with the cathedral ceiling and tall ceiling in the bedroom. The fire place with the shelves very nice. The house has that on-the-lake feel.

This is a lovely little house with loads of charm. Great curb appeal. The porch is super inviting and the cheerful green color is just right for a modest little home. The layout makes a lot of sense, it would be comfortable to live in. The decor is great, traditional but just a little quirky!
Teeny tiny suggestion which might be my own issue only:
Flip the bathroom so that the fixures are against the wall shared with the kitchen and move the bathroom door down closer to the bedroom. This simplifies the plumbing just a little, and makes it so there will be no view of the bathroom fixtures from any point in the living room - you might be able to see a sliver of the wall inside the bathroom but not any fixtures.

Another favorite - well done! Very nice floorplan as it all flows together nicely. The only slight change I would do is instead of a large walk-in shower, I would add a deep bath tub, but that is just my personal preference. I really appreciate the thought you put into your designs such as always including a space to hang coats near the front door, an oven, a dishwasher, & user friendly laundry area. I watch many of these home design channels & several of them don't make much sense. For example placing the laundry area outside on the porch, having the washer/dryer completely exposed to the elements & bad weather. I guess it would work if you live in a place that never rains/snows or has cold temperatures. I saw a few where they didn't bother to include a refrigerator or even design adequate space for one. Um, hello - where are you supposed to store your food, buried in the backyard??? They are completely impractical. But you always come through with well thought out floorplans & beautiful interior designs with wonderful color schemes. Bravo!
