This was genius because when the contestants took the money that was a right off plus the whole set was a right off so he literally bought a chocolate factory to start his chocolate bar business. Use it in a video offered it to a person and then told them how much it’s gonna cost just to get the place cleaned up let alone operational so that they would refuse it and he would get to keep it.

That’s some genius level marketing to get a completely free second business by using right off in your first business
