Great video! But I’m really frustrated with Sony. Why can’t we stack subscriptions? I don’t even see the discounts because I’m already subscribed. My current 1-month plan expires on Feb 22, and the sale ends on Feb 26, so I canceled my subscription just to get the discount. But now I’m worried they’ll add 5 extra days due to the PSN outage, and I’ll miss the sale. Feels like we’re being punished for already being subscribed. 😭😭😭

Just done this today. Man just saved me £37 on a premium subscription. Thank you so much.

On a side note my payment was due today. I unsubscribed at about 18:30. Logged back in at 22:00 and got my discount. Perhaps there is a certain time of day that Sony takes payment. Or maybe the time of day you make your payment the year before.

Another note: certain customers where targeted for the stacking of another year. I was one and was able to stack extra on top of my extra sub and was offered to upgrade to premium for 20 bucks (didn't think was worth it) lol

It worked for me, my subscription ended today Nov 27 and following the subscription ending I had the chance to redeem the 30% off my PS Plus sub.

What I understand from this video, that the subscriber should cancel the subscription before the expiration date for two reasons:
1st. To stop auto renew.
2nd. To be able to get the discounted price.
Is that right?

With the game content being so volatile, it doesn't make sense for Extra, instead buy them on sale and get just essential.

Can you please answer a question for me it says the deal ends 12/2/24 right well I live in central time an the item's in my cart says offer ends 12/3/24 an today is 12/1 an I don't get paid until tomorrow which is 12/2 so will my offer on my games in my cart that says 12/3 will them offers still be there tomorrow? Cause I have 5 games I wanna get that are marked down an the deal ends 12/3 so will I be able to get them early in the morning since it's not 12/3 yet?
