Using ArcGIS Pro's Split Feature with Wire, Duct or Pipe (without Plant)

This demonstrates how to use ArcGIS Pro's Split feature to split a polyline such as wire, duct, pipe, etc. This assumes no construction units / plant have been associated to the feature.
