Zinc's Blackened Caesar Salad Soars!

Among my favorite bistros in all of the Alamo City is Zinc. Their extensive wine list is incredible, not to mention the quality of their food menu shares the same prestigious reputation as the sister establishment, Boudro's -- nothing but the BEST! One of the most popular items at Zinc is no ordinary grilled chicken salad. Their Blackened Chicken Caesar makes excellent use of Boudro's lauded seasoning (see their blackened prime rib) and takes the taste of Romaine to new heights! Nevermind being a desirable starter, this salad is a perfectly healthy meal in and of itself.
