The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom releases on September 26 th and it marks the first new 2D entry the series has seen in 11 years. The developer has been keen to show us a lot of info about this new 2D title, but some of the finer details may have gone under the radar for some gamers.

Echoes of Wisdom pulls its roots in interesting ways while bringing in new gameplay concepts. The most noteworthy feature is the Tri-Rod and its Echo ability, no doubt, but there’s a host of other fascinating abilities that allow for a near-unlimited number of ways to solve puzzles.

Whether it’s using automatons to detonate on an enemy or calling on a trusty steed to gallop through the world, Echoes of Wisdom looks like one of this year’s most exciting games.

Well thought out concept. Zelda has the triforce of wisdom and she's a princess. She's cowardly sneaking around in a cloak, and avoiding battles, while summons do the heavy lifting. She's smart enough to remember what a box, a bed, a lantern etc looks like and abuses the little Tri to build those for her.
I hope Link told her to stay away from bees and cuccoos.

Zelda 2 the adventure of Link I believe is the first 2d Zelda game in which you can jump at will…..

Lol, Link was told he needed a feather to jump and he believed it. They gave him 'Magic' shoes so he could run faster (it isn't their fault he ran into trees, rocks, fell into water etc.

I'm so looking forward to getting this game. Three days to go I can't wait. I am getting my copy from Amazon along with the hyrule edition switch lite when it becomes available that is. Anyway I'm looking forward to playing this game. I wonder we will by getting a archer form later on in the game after we get sword fighter form. Just have to wait and see once.
