It is always happening to me too, I have goals but I fail at achieving them... It is very discouraging but I realized that we shouldn't have too many goals. 3 books in a month is a lot haha, 2 is better but you can already be proud of yourself for reading one :)

Maybe change the workout goal to “close rings __ times out of 31 days in October, that way you can track it more easily 😊
