Equivalent Fractions | Maths with Mrs B.

This video is a continuation of fractions. It teaches learners how to find equivalent fractions by multiplying or dividing the numerator and the denominator by the same number.

National Curriculum Objectives:
Year 3: Recognise and show, using diagrams, equivalent fractions with small denominators
Year 4: Recognise and show, using diagrams, families of common equivalent fractions
Year 5: Identify, name and write equivalent fractions of a given fraction, represented visually, including tenths and hundredths
