I agree with your Hot Take on the Last Jedi Ryan! That's still my favorite movie of 2017 and my 4th favorite Star Wars movie. I understand most of the criticisms it's received from Star Wars fans but what I don't understand is when people say it's the worst Star Wars movie of all time. Like how tf is it worse than Phantom Menace or Attack of the Clones at least the Last Jedi didn't subject us to Anakin being wooden and over the top for 2 hours

Rey being mary sue is not an unpopular opinion. Although I'm with you there was absolutely no set up for Rey. It's just that Kathleen Kennedy and the crew were so reliant on having a female Jedi because there's not enough only all male Jedi and they wanted to attract SJWs. It was clear that Finn would have been the Jedi since he had the best set up of any Star Wars character but he was just watered down as a side character who does nothing. I felt bad for Finn I really did.

Batman v Superman Ultimate Edition did not work for me and it didn't fix anything from the failure of the theatrical cut. They just added 30 minutes of filler and the 3 hour runtime really dragged to me. I feel like WB just made the Ultimate Edition to escape from the fact that BvS sucked.

- I agree with you on Boyhood, overrated film and I’m glad Birdman won Best Picture over Boyhood.
- I agree with you on Rey being a Mary Sue especially in The Rise of Skywalker. I didn’t like how overpowered and perfect she was, I wish she was a more vulnerable protagonist in the trilogy.
- I agree with you that I don’t think The Shape of Water should’ve won Best Picture. Personally I would’ve given it to either Dunkirk or Three Billboards and give Best Director to Christopher Nolan for Dunkirk.
- Last Jedi is also in my Top 5 Star Wars movies. I do think there are problems upon further thought on Disney not having a plan. But I do admire the risks it took on Luke Skywalker and has some really great themes and moments.

As for Ratatouille, I respect your opinion, but I love that film. I think it’s the most underrated Pixar film and I find it even a better Brad Bird film than The Incredibles. That movie resonates with me because I really like to cook especially baking. Also, I think it shows the passion of cooking as well as the importance of cooking in Paris. Not to mention, it has the most underrated Pixar character with Anton Ego who is a caring yet mysterious food critic. Also, the movie has some of the best film endings in a Pixar film along with Toy Story 3.

Here is my thoughts on your opinons:

10: I respect your opinon on Wall.e and Ratatouille, but i really like Ratatouille and love Wall.e.
9: I liked that movie.
8: If they only gave her more backstory or goals than she could have been better character.
7: I liked that movie.
6: Not one my favorite MCU movies, but still very enjoyable movie.
5: I have liked some of his movies like Pans Labyrinth, Shape Of Water and Hell Boy 1 & 2.
4: Yeah im with you Ryan. I also liked this movie.
3: I respect your opinon on Eternal Sunshine Of Spotless Mind, but i love that movie.
2: One of Nolans weakest movies and i think 1917 and Hacksaw Rigde are way better movies.
1: I respect your opinon on Birdman, but i love that movie

My unpopular opinion, here it is. Superhero movies need a rest! Marvels, DC give it a rest they are just getting worse and worse!
