Honestly, Gallagher not being a five star is shocking. He has major lore, huge story ties and he’s probably one of the best sustain units in the game and is a part of one of the strongest team comps in the game. Then again if we are going based off story on who should be a five star, Misha should be a 6 star

Gallagher heals and removes debuffs, deals brake damage, can make you generate lots of points thanks to his advance forward mechanic, he acts at least 3 times in a single turn, he's both a single target and an AoE.
Also, he can heal by EFFING ATTACKING.
