Biden says US ‘holds world together’ as he condemns Putin and Hamas

U.S. President Joe Biden has told Americans support for Israel and Ukraine is vital to national security.
In a prime-time television address, he sought to convince viewers that if Congress doesn’t provide more military funding to its allies in the two conflicts, the security of the United States could be at risk.
