So your wondering what the little blue arrows are on your files and folders? these ones are not related to compressed files. They are related to Norton 360. I will show you how to remove the two blue arrows step by step.

I never heard about this error in my life. This is the first time I heard through Your video. your solution is too simple and this particular error is related to norton software.

Thanks Brian I wondered where those blue arrows (white really on a blue background), came from. I went to Norton recently cos Avast kept giving me blue screens cos it no longer coexists happily with Malwarebytes. :)

I recently copied almost all of my FOLDERS from My 1 TB Samsung T7 Shield SSD, to my NEW 2 TB Samsung T7 Shield SSD. I am using Windows 11. I also have Norton 360. So now, most of my file icons have those 2 blue double arrows ">>"....but they are under each other, not side by side. Someone in my computer group called them "Chevron Arrows". They don't seem to be causing any problem or anything....but I'd rather NOT be seeing them.

If I follow your instructions, will I lose ANY data, or anything else? Thank you very much! NORTON! I should have known it was THEM.

I never use Norton 360, and haven't with my last four computers - but I still get those blue arrows.
