I bet there are managers in the championship, league 1 and 2, who have been around for ages, scratching their heads when ex players just waltz into top jobs in the premiership.
Lampard was a great player but that doesn't mean he will make a great manager.

Unfortunately Lampard walked into management with arrogance, thinking he was the big I AM in his first season. Now he throws his players under the bus and claims "I've done all I can now it's up to the players", soon as he said that the players would not wanna play for someone who throws them under like that. He never had the humility for management in order to get respect from the industry or respect from players.

Spot on about Paul Clement's coaching. Not what EFC need right now. Side to side with no penetration isn't going to get goals. They are being coached not to take risks with the ball ..In actual fact given the present circumstances Everton should be playing counter attacking football looking for space in behind in transition.

Calvert lewin had one good season that was under Carlo. He is not what everyone talks about. He was played in a way that carlo wanted. Carlo is a legend he has won the most of any manager ever. I think he knows what he is doing.
