In this tutorial I will teach you that how you can easily create a shirt mockup in Photoshop . for this you have to follow the following steps

1) Select Quick Selection Tool by Pressing "W" on keyboard
2) Select White t-shirt with accuracy so that full t-shirt is selected
3) Once T Shirts selected , Press CNTRL + J for duplicate the layer
4) Select the image you want to put on shirt as mockup and transform it accordingly
5) after transforming the layer go to the blending options and change it to Multiply

then at last double click on the image and adjust the blending if options accordingly

Boom That's it
