This is a regular activity I enjoy doing.
Getting out and working on my practice in nature.

it's a great way to work on the body and mind simultaneously.
For me, this gives me a greater appreciation for life and the beauty of the world we live in.

Making this video was a bit of fun. I might make more in the future.
