Victoria this video is the LORDS WORK. I love that in the trans community we are accepting people as they are. And not putting a requirement to being trans. HOWEVER the way trans women conducted themselves in the 80s was FARRR more polished and refined and overall dedicated to the feminine illusion. All I’m saying we need balance.

For all of those who think trying to "pass" is "transphobic" consider this, what is worse: conforming to gender stereotypes or being hate crime'd?
There are some of us who dont live in inclusive or accepting areas, therefore stealth is highly needed, so sorry for wanting to avoid physical confrontations or even a bullent in my head from actual transphobes.

I understand what you are saying about being careful. A long time ago, I had a friend who was mtf trans. I knew her for over a year and spent a great deal of time with her without even suspecting that she was trans. She was totally beautiful, and completely passable. I only found out she was trans because a mutual friend outed her. Even though I didn't care, our friendship fell apart after she was outed. I guess she just wasn't comfortable around me anymore. If I had been out at the time, things may have been different, but I was a cis het guy at the time, so I guess she was just uneasy, and maybe she just didn't want anyone else to know. The whole situation sucked.

Hi Victoria, as a trans girl working at Sephora, I agree, cis women wear makeup and fragrance. We are required to wear 5 items that we sell, (primer counts) while at work. I get called miss, ma'am and he, but after a few minutes they realize I know my job, I also get respect. Don't believe cis women know more about makeup, quite a few have no idea. I am a new subscriber as of today, I'll be binge watching old posts. Peace Sheila

Speaking as an elder trans woman who began my journey over 40 years ago, back in those days the whole premise behind being transsexual was to "mirror" a woman which involved presenting a total feminine image. We celebrated and gave honor to females by emulating them. We realized back then that in order to bring positive changes to the trans community it was best to be able to blend into society. Thank you for creating such constructive and informative content.

We need this kind of stuff, I live in a relatively rural area and finding sisters to teach you this stuff is so hard. much appreciated!

Love the directness as we have to live in the real world.

Preach it sister! I love this video. I’m a long way from passing right now but I think confidence and dressing for your age / environment makes a huge difference. What gives me hope is seeing all the cis women out there who shouldn’t even be passing yet their gender isn’t challenged; gives some of us older, late to transition girls some hope. 😉

I love this video. I like that you're trying to help "pass" and give recommendations. I get tired of all these creators that say it doesn't make you any less of a woman and not give tips. In the end we want to pass most of the time so help a girl out damn. Much love. You're my fav 😍

Thank you for the honesty! It’s always been annoying to see YouTubers tip toeing around how you’re still valid/ you’re still you before they SLIGHTLY explain what to do. Thank you for helping me😌

I don't want any transgender person to feel they can't transition because they will never "pass" as their true self. Life is hard enough as it is, you don't need to put any more pressure on yourself. With that said, being seen for who you are is a powerful thing that can humble you to your core. On my worst days I find relief overhearing someone refer to me as a woman. They don't know me and they don't need to know me, seeing me as the woman I am opens my eyes. Do what makes you happy and you clicked on this video for tips to help with your transition. It all starts with health, get on the scale and go to bed early. I'm not saying you need to be fit, you can be fat but that always comes at a price. When it comes to hormone therapy and getting your curves a beer belly isn't helpful and I would know. Makeup starts with skincare, shower and use moisterizer without overdoing it. A clean shave will go a long way, a quick shave won't do you any good. Your makeup is covering up your morning shaddow, but your late night shaddow is comming soon. Use your makeup to your advantage knowing the shadow is comming.

My daughter just shared you with me and I am thankful for you. This video was amazing! Chloe will listen to you when it is hard for her to listen to her 52 year old Cis Mom....

I am a Cis woman with an upside down triangle body type and I can't recommend enough looking up some videos on dressing that body type. It's helped me and I feel like it could really help some other girls, cis or trans.

Something I personally do because of voice training. When I'm using a voice I prefer I actually talk a lot less because of my anxiety.

The worst are those who tell me I pass instead of helping me up my game

I’m glad you understand that the key to living a peaceful life regardless of who or what you are is drawing the least amount of attention to yourself in public unless there is a good reason. It doesn’t have to be an emergency. Buskers need to draw attention to themselves when working to make a living.
It isn’t always about going unnoticed. It’s about not being perceived as unusual 😊
This may not be fair or just, but it’s not changing any time soon.

My scent changing as I have been on hormones is one of the first things I noticed that I had not expected to happen. Even with the change, some perfume is still needed. Changing from male targeted deodorant, shampoo and body soap is another thing that is important to establish your scent as more feminine.

I just want to say thank you for your all videos! Those people that are not trans, will never understand what we go through in life. Some of us have even taken our own live because we don't want to be like them.

Some tips for making your hips look bigger:
1) you can cinch your waist with a corset or even just clothing/a belt that is made to cinch your waist, this makes your hips look wider in comparison
2) losing belly fat can also help appear more like an “hourglass figure.” Many testosterone-dominant people tend to store extra fat around their stomach, and sometimes losing weight doesn’t even fix this area. That being said, there are some non-surgical options for removing belly fat, including lipolysis and cryo-lipolysis.
