This Girl Was RIPPED APART By a PACK of Sharks In front of Her Family!

Jordan Lindsey was snorkeling in the Bahamas with her family when she was attacked and ripped apart by a pack of 3 Tiger Sharks.

I'm so impressed with the mother. She went straight into a group of sharks to save her daughter. So brave and heroic. What a shame that she could.not save her daughter. Watching your daughter get eaten by sharks must be truly traumatic.

What an incredible mama. She did all she could for her baby. And because of her, her daughter didn’t take her last breath in that water. She left this world knowing her mom fought like hell for her.

From the bahamas here. Since I usually aid my family in their tourist rides. We had taken a family to an outer-island, Exuma from New Providence. The area in which we had docked at was well known for shark activity because the fishermen usually tossed the pieces they didn’t need back into the water. So, knowing this, we informed the family not to go into the water in that area, however, the mother of the family didn’t listen to us and jumped in anyway after we specifically told them not to jump in the water. I however had gone ahead of them so I did not see the entirety of it, but I heard it. Her screams when the sharks in said area came for her were drowned out almost immediately. I did not go because I knew what had happened but the faces on her husband and son were horrifying. Please, when you travel, adhere to the instructions of your guides or any local who knows the area. Please.

As a mother, I can’t imagine the pain of losing your baby. And holding your baby while they’re being attacked by sharks. My heart hurts for this person. She probably has major ptsd. Her poor family. I can’t stop crying, this is heartbreaking.

My heart breaks for the mother. I cant imagine being right there but literally helpless to protect my child. I can’t even imagine what that women goes through on a daily basis. So heartbreaking 💔

The poor young lady lived not far from here. I am so sorry this happened. The mother, of course, did what she could to help her daughter, but to swim into a pack of sharks showed incredible devotion and bravery. I wish this had a better outcome. Rest in peace.

It's awful to try to save someone's life and they don't live. You feel like you failed and somehow let them down. Let's keep this family in our prayers.

This is the MOST HEROIC MOTHER I HAVE EVER HEARD OF!! I am in awe that she was able to fight the off and pull her daughter to safety. This is the only shark attack story I have ever heard of, where the victim, still in the water, was able to be held by her mother. There for her birth and fought to be there for her death. What an amazing comfort she was able to give her daughter. YOU ARE A HERO TO YOUR DAUGHTER AND ALL OF US. Go on with your life knowing you gave your daughter comfort in her heart in her last moments.

As a mum I can’t imagine anything worse than witnessing the horror of having to watch your own child be taken from you in this way. My prayers go out to mamma- of all the family she will be carrying the weight of this loss largely on her own. Wow, her mom had no fear of them sharks and fought them off to save her daughter. Sadly it wasn’t enough. Poor girl and I feel for their family having to witness that. That’s why I don’t swim in the ocean, I have seen to many videos of shark attacks and it’s honestly one of my worst fears get mauled by any wild animal.
