This is the essence of the Uniqly project - they are building a two-way bridge between the digital NFT space and physical objects. So you can buy an NFT from their marketplace and redeem it for an actual tangible object. Or you can send in your object and after they verify it you get an NFT token back. The right way to do it is asking them for their ETH WALLET when they make the purchase then you just send the NFT to the first 50 like you said. And just send them an email telling them they have won an NFT and include the transaction ID.
