Nice! I have always considered Stockholm and Oslo as the two obvious "must see" destinations in Scandinavia and the Nordics, besides other capitals in a Euro trip. I see that Copenhagen can also be worth a visit. Thank you. ☺

Canadian here: I went to Copenhagen for the first time in 99 in March. It rained the whole time but I was with very good Danish friends and I really enjoyed my time. Then I returned with my wife with those same friends in july 02! Sunny weather, lovely people, great places: Tivoli, Botanical Gardens, King's Garden etc. We miss our beloved Denmark and our beloved friends there!

Copenhagen was my first abroad trip (in 2003 with my dad, i've got 6 yrs old) I've remember the most TIVOLI GARDENS and GUINNESS WORLD RECORD MUSEUM with a big statue of ROBERT WADLOW. That was a very impressive tour and lovely time.

I was there in May and loved it. Very beautiful city so much to see. I walked everywhere in Copenhagen. You can take a train to Hillerod to see the castle.

I have been to Copenhagen recently as a tourist, I would say it is a very safe for tourists except late at night you get some mouthy young men in the streets where alcohol affects them similar to what happens in Australia but you would rarely see it in Asia countries .
Copenhagen is an expensive city to visit and would not suit tourists on a tight budget .
A very short taxi ride there cost me $60, in a place like India, I could get about 60 rides for the same price .
Hotels and cafes are very expensive, backpackers could find a few hostels at reasonable prices also to save money, tourists could go to the supermarkets and fruit markets instead of buying food from cafes and fast food outlets .
Copenhagen is a pleasant city with interesting architecture with a good metro train system where tourist can feel safe and it also has good tourist information centres .

I love Denmark, learn the Danish language, have a good friend in Esbjerg but VERY difficult to get visa for a CIS citizen! 😢but I am working on it🤞🏻
