I have a sheets document that will let me edit it on my computer but not my phone. I'm logged in with the same email on both but it's view only on my phone. Do you know how to change the permissions on that?

There is a issue... say i am the owner and i want to set data validation rule which i can only change but other editor cannot change they only can input the data into it. is ther is any option in google sheet

I am owner of new sheets. I sent via email to someone. They were added... to view only. Then I'd like to give them permission to make changes. I changed them to "editor". However, I am told they cannot make any changes. Can you please tell me what to change. So my friend can make changes on my goggle sheets please? Thank you very much. But when you make a copy of the file under File> Make a copy... Seems like all restriction/s that you've done are lost for some reason...
