HOW I MAKE MY VIDEOS:

► LAPTOP: Lenovo AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics 2.38 GHz Windows 10 Pro
► VIDEO EDITING: Wondershare Filmora X
► PERSONALITY: Creative, analytical, and sometimes funny. I've been called "Loose Lips Lenny" by my wife.

Besides sports card investing, I am a husband and father of two! I also help high-performing businesses dominate their security technology and protect their assets nationwide by designing/engineering their security systems. I apply the same analytical and design approach with Fantasy and Football Cards.

Templates were a huge time saver when I started using them. I also find that using a computer/laptop to list is a lot quicker than using a phone. I can list 10 cards in about 15 minutes. I also like to use a scanner to scan my cards. I do the batch method and I can scan 6 cards at a time and they're instantly uploaded to my laptop, and they look much more professional. I'll usually spend about an hour or two on the weekend and just scan a bunch of cards and crop them as needed, then I'll just list them throughout the week when I have free time. Scanning doesn't work well for shiny cards like silver prizms or holo's though.

I like how you go so fast when showing procedures on the computer, that I have to watch it 80 times! LOL

For multiple players from the same set use list multiple tool. Create one listing completed and copy it. All you need to do is add photos and the player name. I can list 100/hr.

my favorite method is going to be long winded but here we go:
-1st thing is to find all the cards i want to list in my current session (anywhere between 1 to 25 cards) and i make sure not to make batches of larger than 25 cards at a time so i don't completely overload my brain with taking pictures and listing them.
-2nd is to take them out of their toploaders/one touch/card savers but keep them in their penny sleeve and stack them to the side
-3rd is to turn on my desk lamp, turn off my main room light and close the curtains, turn on my little photo light box that i bought on amazon, set up my phone on my tripod, and connect my clicker to my phone so i can remotely take the picture without touching my phone
-4th is to (one by one) remove the card from its sleeve, wipe it down with a microfiber, set the raw card gently on a card stand in the light box, turn off my desk lamp, and take pictures of the front and back while focusing my camera in between shots
-5th is where i turn my lamp back on, take the card down, put it into a brand new sleeve and set in my "finished" drawer where i keep a small mouse pad so it's not sitting directly on hard wood.
then i just repeat the process from step 4 until i either finish the amount of cards i set aside or until i finish the stack of 25
this is where i start doing the research process (but on my PC) and find all the prices and what i want to list the card for (whether it's buy it now or auction). i keep a spreadsheet so i don't forget the values
once i'm done researching on my PC, i go back to my phone and start turbo listing (keeping important notes on my phone like you do)
believe it or not i can do 25 cards with this method in about 1hr 20 minutes once i find the cards that i want to list and take them out of their respective cases, that's a little over 3 minutes per card from pictures to finished listing

like you said, once you get in a groove, it becomes easier. this is what works for me but i know it sure doesn't work for everyone. i had fun sharing my process even if nobody ever reads it lol

I like using 130point sales to comp them out. Gives you the sold price for a best offer listing. Super helpful.

Good to know! That’s exactly how I’ve been doing it. Great video!

Definitely faster to take all photos first. Use a light box and afix your phone/camera. The fewer the motions the faster you get. Also organize cards by sets or players equals fewer changes in item specifics. I have also experimented with bulking by price. Little thought early saves tons of time. I can now do 100 listing per hour under best conditions and no worse than 60.

Do you use penny sleeves too? What brand of one touch do you recommend?

I’ve found that setting up my computer to automatically download pictures from my iPhone speeds up method 3 even more so I can click and drag the photos on my computer right to the listing. Also happy to see the cards I traded you on the market! Haha.

thank you for the video. I left a like and will use the last strategy of my laptop and setting up a draft. Again cannot thank you enough. Cheers!

I’m a total rookie at this, I’ve only listed my first couple cards, but it really didn’t seem like it took long to list with my phone and the sell similar item option. I’m still just trying to figure out a good way to pull the shipping slip (hopefully no one buys my weak ass Cole Anthony cards today!).

But the picture taking part is fun for sure, haha. Great video, I’ll probly give a a couple re-watches later. Thanks!

Hello Andy - New to your channel here. Like you said is tedious sometimes to list your cards 🙈 especially after an 8 hours shift from work. I've been alternately using method 1 and 2 depending on the mood. Thanks for sharing 💯

I just want to know if I can sell more then 1 card in the same auction? Say I have 3-5 Basketball RC's and they are all different players but are all rookie cards. Can I list them as a 5 card rookie lot on one auction? I do not have a store, just a regular eBay account? Anyone have any help on this?

I used the one touch method for photos/posting. Then I had a buyer say he only bought the card because my listing had in a one touch. Note: in description it said ships in penny sleeve and top loader🤷🏻‍♂️

The only thing I’ve found to be an issue with setting the draft with intentions to place or even take photos from inside the listing later is that the listing will auto default to a different price than what you set initially. I just write the prices down on a post it in order of each draft as back up for when this happens. Minor inconveniences of eBay listing.

One little thing I have noticed that nobody seems to know about: hold the space bar to select where the cursor goes to edit text. Cheers.
