Tour of recent commercial real estate developments in Downtown Rochester, Minnesota!

On this market update we tour all around Downtown Rochester to see some of the cool things happening! Our first stop is Discovery Square where a recent announcement came up about phase 2 and a bright future for a block just south of the Mayo Campus. Our second stop takes us to Residence at Discovery Square a project that is on the corner of 3rd Ave SW and 6th Street. We then drive by a project that recently broke ground on 1st Ave SW and 4th Street SW, this a new development by The Ackerberg Group out of Minneapolis. We then stop by Peace Plaza to see the construction by Ryan Companies on the Wells Fargo building. Our next visit is to several new projects along 2nd Street. The Mayo Clinic has been developing the Generose Building and John E Herman Home’s. After watching the Mayo Clinic One Helicopter takeoff we take a quick peek at The Berkman Apartment’s that is being developed by Alatus LLC. The Mediacore mobile then takes us on South Broadway to The Maven that is being developed by The Opus Group & Titan Development. Lastly we visit the outside of INCubatoredu a recent project announced by Rochester Public School’s.
