[UPDATE] The 'Return'???

Could this be the return of Logan, specifically the SBL videos???
...probably not, honestly. It's likely Logan trying to go around the C&D to see how long he can get away with it.

I've seen a few comments and replies that I want to point out:
1. "Well he's probably not making money off of that channel anymore."
The C&D Logan got from Nintendo was never about the money Logan made. It was about him using Nintendo's characters (sort of) in a way that made Nintendo look bad. Whether you agree or disagree that Nintendo should be or is even able to do that, that's what the C&D was about. It was NOT about money.
2. "I knew it! This means the whole thing was faked!"
Logan isn't dumb enough to delete his original channel, as well as permanently cripple his viewer base all for some attention. If he hadn't deleted the original channel this might hold some more weight, but otherwise I can guarantee you that it isn't fake.
3. "So Logan won a lawsuit/settlement with Nintendo?"
Highly unlikely. Possible, but highly unlikely. Like I said in the video, it wouldn't surprise me if Logan put the videos back up to see how long he can get away with it before Nintendo comes back and sees what's going on.

Really, what Logan SHOULD be doing is leaving disclaimers at the beginning of his videos, like what you've been adding in with every video reuploaded on here. I think he left them off to avoid pacing issues, but I doubt anyone would've minded.

What Logan is doing, according what I read, is that he's changing the thumbnails to the puppet versions to make it look like no Nintendo stuff shows up but when you click the video: The plushies are back. Yes, Nintendo will find out. They're not dumb.

Maybe he's doing this because that channel isn't the one making money anymore? Since the whole debacle is pretty much about making money using licensed characters.
Also I wouldn't worry about missing videos too much because you can watch every single video he ever created on that Internet Archive site in their original 1080p quality.
