ProtonMail Multiple Addresses & Email Aliases (UPDATE)

In this tutorial I will show you how to access multiple addresses and email aliases on ProtonMail with both FREE and paid versions.

Follow these steps to access multiple addresses on ProtonMail:

METHOD 1: Free version with multiple accounts
2. Click on "Log in".
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Click on "Sign in".
5. On the upper right corner where it says your display name and address, click on it.
6. Select "Switch account".
7. Then click on "Add Proton account".
8. Enter the email and password for your second account.
9. Click "Sign in".

METHOD 2: Paid version with email aliases
2. Click on "Log in".
3. Enter your email and password.
4. Click on "Sign in".
5. Then click on "Settings" on the top right.
6. Click on "Go to settings".
7. Next in settings go to "Identity and addresses" on the left.
8. Under "My addresses" click the "Add address" button.
9. Enter in an address name.
10. Choose the domain name.
11. Enter in a display name.
12. Click on "Save address".

hey so I have the paid version I added an account around 2 years ago but then that account I added to my paid plan was deactivated, now I need to know the email name of that account that was deactiaved and I can't seem to figure out how to do that since proton censors the email for security reasons

Hello~ We have the PAID version of Proton Mail. so far we only have the ONE email address created for our Business. Our Graphic Designer also has the Password to this email so he can help us with updates to our website/media as needed. Our question to you is: Can we create additional email addresses under this PAID account and Give them each their OWN Password so that the BUSINESS Account is the ONLY one that has a password we share with our Graphic Designer ? We want to utilize the option to add UP TO 10 email addresses but we only want to share the ONE business email address' password.
* If we CAN do this, HOW do we set up these additional email addresses with their private corresponding passwords?
