Would China Ever Invade Russia? Examining a Possible Scenario

As Russia's war with Ukraine continues, China is taking advantage of Russia's situation in several ways - including to settle old grievances and land disputes. Putin is having to give major concessions to Xi Jinping as the Sino-Russian relationship shows more cracks than either nation is willing to admit on the surface.

But most surprising of all? Russia knew this might happen. In this video, we dive into some Russian war games diving into the specifics of a potential Chinese plot. We talk about everything from Ukraine to Outer Manchuria, and why the future of Russia is threatened more and more with each passing day that the War in Ukraine continues.

China doesn't need to invade them conventionally. They do it financially and already are. That's what they do. Russia is now at their mercy

I am not sure that Russia has any troops or defences capable of stopping China once they break through the border defences. Although apart from vast wilderness full of oil and Gas reserves there are few towns in the area to defend

Probably easier than invading Taiwan tbh

"They are drafting us minorities in south east Russia into front lines in Ukraine, please save us President Xi!" - Someone somewhere soon probably.

How would China vs Russia “throw NATO into disarray”? NATO would be warming up the popcorn. 😆🤣

I'm really starting to believe that Battlefield 4 wasn't military fiction. It's a military *prediction.*

Everyone would be like "Guys please stop" sarcastically while holding a popcorn.

Great analysis. The problem with being duplicitous is you find yourself surrounded by the same.

Japan ought to start pressuring Ruzzuh about the Kuril divert the Russkies attention. Complicate their Ukraine plans.

Back in WW2, had either Germany or Japan won, everyone knows they would have immediately turned on each other five minutes later. Does anyone expect any better from their modern equivalents?

This is more plausible than you think.
The Arctic Ocean is opening up through ice melt and creating a Northern trade corridor.
China wants that access and the resources that come with it.
Don’t think you’d get much resistance from the people of east ruzzia either.
Thanks for your report 👍

I would imagine that trade-wise China doesn't need Russia. It has recently discovered massive oil reserves of its own and getting back Manchuria would be easier now that Russia is pre occupied with Ukraine. Russia would not be able to open up a new front in the East. China is in a win win position. It makes China the dominant regional power.

The Icarus analogy would be more apt if Daedalus had stolen the budget for his wings and replaced them with a set of Temu knock offs.

Let the games begin. NATO would just sit back and root for both sides

Its probably easier to take over Russia than Taiwan, and everyone will probably have a better life after the take-over, but i must say, the BRICS is not exactly what i thought

Last week everyone was saying that Russia and China were flying around together in Alaska. Like best friends. I don’t know what to believe anymore.
