That kick start is no fluke my 81 Atc110 almost starts by looking at it 1/4 pull pops off every time its done it since i got it early 90s. My 2004 Foreman 2 problems battery and a carb clean because i let the gas get old and was running 87 due to using the 110 so much. Its just to fun doing work with the old dog dependable AF and light and fun i forget to use the big one at times.

Are you running a tuner for the exhaust tip? because the grizzly’s run lean already and if you have an exhaust tip that is letting more airflow through it’s going to struggle to start and it might bog a little bit because it doesn’t have enough fuel to match the amount of air going in and out of the motor. (Mine is doing the same thing especially when I had the baffle taken out of my exhaust)
