1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 black pepped
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves
2 Tbsp white cooking wine
4 cups heavy cream
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1/4 tsp of our seasoning mix
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
