Presented by Professor Anthony Harris, Co-Director of WIMR's Brain Dynamics Centre, this session explores how COVID-19 is impacting our mental health and our lives, particularly the lives of young Australians. Professor Harris talks about mental health triggers, and signs, and discusses practical resources and tools to help navigate through these challenges.
