Thanks for the video. Practice question 9 has confusing wording and could be understood that the telemarketing team and general sales are the same as the bid team depending how you read it. The wording of many of the questions in the Admin exam often is not as clear as it could be. It seems they are trying to trip people up on language rather than testing knowledge.
