Facelift Before & After | 10 year Facelift Results

This patient is of Native American descent and has beautiful bone structure (note cheeks and jawline!) I performed a standard facelift (SMAS technique) and neck lift with upper and lower blepharoplasty.

What I love most about this case is that the patient's 10 year post-op picture shows the longterm benefit of a SMAS facelift with respect to repositioning and tightening the layer of muscle. A well-executed facelift should give you years of results, not months.

This patient went on to maintain her look with Botox, fillers, laser therapy and medical grade skincare. I always encourage my patients to protect their investment by continuing to care for their results. Her 10 year post-op pics compared to her pre-facelift pics are just incredible.
