Maybe I do not understand something cause never played BOTW but is this really what makes everyone shits their pants? Seems pretty easy

See how he has like 20 hearts and lost 13 ish with a single hit? Ppl start the game with 3 hearts.
Also see that sword he used? Its the strongest sword in the game. Ppl start the game with a wooden stick that breaks after 4 hits and does 1/30 the damage of this sword.
