How to stop UI from appearing behind game objects || Unity C# 3D

I didn't find any tutorials about this, but the answer is very simple and quick so I decided to make a video myself.

Also you probably understood it in the video, but just for clarification: I mean that what you can change the plane distance to varies with the size of your game objects, not what the default will be. :)
