Great reset! Instead of focusing on comparing your salary to your previous corporate job, it might be more helpful to look at how much you’ve grown your current business revenue year over year. You’ve probably grown this business a LOT over the past year (way more than the average 3-7% corporate raises) and that’s not easy to achieve! As always, thanks for sharing!
